Save any email to OneNote by sending it to email@example.com.

Select email addresses you want to use for saving OneNote emails.

Choose the default notebook and section where your emails will be saved.
3. Email content:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to save it directly in OneNote. You can access the emails you saved in OneNote from any of your devices.

Yes, you can add any email address you own to your Microsoft account and enable it for this feature.
Where are my emails saved?
You can change your default save location on the Settings page. You can also pick a different section to save an individual email by including the “@” symbol followed by the section name in the subject line of your email.
