This is an old tool but a good one, and one that is still very relevant for educators.
You can use Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) to automatically capture the steps you take on a computer, including a text description of where you clicked and a screen shot during each click. Once you capture these steps, you can save them to a file and share them with anyone that you wish to share the recoding with. PSR is most commonly used for trouble shooting.
How to get started:
On Windows 10 press the windows icon key on your keyboard and then type in PSR. You will see an option appear called Steps Recorder. Click on that application. Click on Start Record. On your computer, go through the steps to reproduce the problem or what you want to show others. You can pause the recording at any time, and resume it later. When you are done click on Stop Record. In the Save As dialog box, type a name for the file and then click Save.
