Microsoft Scuplt Mouse – Review

This week I wanted to talk about a tool that I use every day and have come to really love and appreciate from a workflow perspective. When you spend as much time as I do on a PC the choice of an ergonomic keyboard and mouse can make the world of difference.

Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Bluetooth MouseMy mouse of choice was the Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Bluetooth Mouse.

Cost is something that I strongly take into consideration. I did not want to spend $100 or more on a mouse, but I also did not want to lose performance.

What I liked about it:

  • The new design of the mouse and it was equally useful. When I use the mouse, I tend to be working from my desk with my Surface Pro 3 Docked, so having a Bluetooth mouse does not affect me negatively from a battery perspective.
  • Windows button on the left of the mouse: If running Windows 8.1, when pressing the Windows button it will toggle you back and forth between the desktop and the Start Screen which is a nice feature to have and can increase your productivity in Windows 8.1.

If you happen to be in the market for a Bluetooth mouse, this is one to seriously consider.
