Upgrading Your Presentations with Infograms

I am always looking for a new way to present important information to teachers and students. I tend to look for graphic pictures. Pictures that will help explain and give meaning to the message that I am trying to get through. Lots of times we follow these pictures with content of some sort or data to explain it. Why not mix them up. Demonstrate your data through powerful info grams or info graphs.

Its one thing to make a visual power point but its another to use a presentation tool that actually has meaning, and has a  different look than what teachers and students are used to seeing.
Change things up with an info gram using http://www.infogr.am/ not only for visual presentations but for student creation projects. When a student learns data about a certain population or event and then charts it out, creates an info gram,  looks at it and analyzes their is no doubt that the student has learned that information.
Here is a link to some of my favorite education related infographs. http://fishingforedtech.com/2012/07/29/educational-infographics/
